Snap storage

February 1, 2009

Resin snaps are a disaster waiting to happen when one has young children. I’ve heard many a horror story about children upending them everywhere, requiring hours of painstaking sorting.

I’m sure it’s not original, but I was very pleased to discover these compartmentalised boxes for $5 each at my local discount variety store.

Problem solved!

What is that green clamp thing?

It’s a snap press, it’s used to attach plastic snaps to things – mostly cloth diapers, but I tend to use them instead of buttons when I’m making clothes and stuff, too.

LOL, noooo. That adds diamante thingys to clothes, doesn’t it? The snaps are fasteners.

I’d imagine it’s the same overall concept though! Diamonds, snaps, etc. It’s all the same :p
