Tomorrow is kick-off

I just did my weigh-in for Round 1 2012 of the 12WBT and I feel like kicking myself. 71.8kg – I’ve put on nearly 7kg since being at goal weight.

I need to be accountable for this. I’m doing the fitness test tomorrow and I’m pretty sure my results in push-ups and wall sit will have gotten worse since last round. No excuses.

Time to focus.

This book might help too, if I feel like switching the meal plans around a bit. I think it arrived just in time!
