In the final blast of today’s workout:
31 fence jumps in 1 minute
14 burpees in 1 minute

Hmm, can really only improve from there!! That was hard work.

Now I have a deadline so I don’t think I am sleeping tonight. Speed work in the morning and then a core session tomorrow night, after parent information evenings and Parents & Friends meeting.
