Fitness test done

I teamed up with a friend to do it as we both needed the support (having ‘fallen’ far from our best days!) and she also helped me keep an eye on my daughter in the playground while we did it.

For accountability:

1km time trial 4:08 (advanced)

Sit and reach +1 (intermediate – I am NOT flexible, even when very fit)

Pushups 33 on knees (advanced)

Wall sit 2min45sec (advanced – with the ‘assistance’ of Miss 4 who kept laughing at me and climbing in between my legs!)

Abs Level 0 *sigh* (beginner – took me a long time to get to Level 1 and I have slipped back. Disappointed but not surprised)

I will own these results, and smash them in Week 4.
