Enough is enough!

My eating has been terrible (stress, anyone??). My training, not quite terrible but not brilliant. Weight isn’t a big concern of mine right now, but health is, and I do not feel healthy.

This week I have a plan. A meal plan, an exercise plan, some simple ground rules:

– no soft drink (the diet stuff makes me horribly bloated and plays havoc with my digestive system and the sugary stuff is incredibly sugary0

– no chips. Biggest downfall, just eat a few – nope, none.

– portion size: pay attention to it. Don’t eat just because food is there.

– don’t eat after dinner. Novel idea: go to bed!! Or just drink some tea.
